**若套餐到期，请直接再购买您需要的套餐即可**\
**若在套餐未到期的情况下购买新套餐:**\
1、 **当新旧套餐是同一系列时：** 等级有效时长会自动叠加，流量会被重置。但流量重置日会变成每30天重置多次，即为您每次购买套餐的购买日，**因此您不需要进行任何操作，这样的机制基本保证了双方没有损失**\
2、 **当新旧套餐不属于同一系列时：** 等级时间会被重置，流量也会被重置，解决办法请参考：3\
3、**补充:**如需升级套餐(前后两次购买套餐不属于同一系列)请直接购买想要的套餐，**然后建立工单我们会帮您将旧套餐的剩余价值折算到新套餐内(会有适当奖励)；**\
4、当我们发布优惠时若在优惠**前3天内**购买过正价的套餐请发送工单至财务部门我们将支持退款差价至余额\
